OUR SERVICES

At Rezolve Strategies, our first conversation is with you. We listen to you to understand your challenges, opportunities and requirements and then we work to customize a service to meet your unique needs. Rezolve can help you make connections so you can create relationships that support you, your community or your business.

The partners of Rezolve Strategies come from a people that have a long history of creating alliances. Our ancestors held meetings around the fire to facilitate conversations between both allies and adversaries. The fire continues to be an important tool as does the conversation itself. Today, we are fortunate to have many more tools and strategies to support those important and sometimes difficult conversations.

Our goal is to work with communities, industry, organization and governments to assist in building relationships one conversation at a time.

WHY CHOOSE REZOLVE STRATEGIES

The partners are all members of Six Nations of the Grand River (First Nation), that have lived on and off the Territory at various times in their lives. This ‘on and ‘off’ Territory lived experience has assisted in broadening their collective perspective. The partners have diverse work experience which includes experience in the political, policy, governance, legal, and operations sectors. Chairing, facilitation and keynote speaking also figures predominantly in the partners’ experience. The partnership is comprised of male and female gender identity and has a generational age range; therefore, they can draw upon a variety of experiences and viewpoints while carrying out their work. The partners have vast experience in leading people through difficult discussions and finding common ground supporting the decision-making process. Over their careers the partners have created a network and can draw from that network to assist them as needed which supports their value of ‘collaboration over competition.’ The partners recognize that they are each at different points in their own path through decolonization and as the business grows the partners remain committed to growing their skills to ensure current relevance.
